Effective workflow management is a critical function of flange management.
The Flexlogics Workpacks module is the tool with which orders for flange maintenance and gasket replacement are generated, distributed and managed. It lets you easily assign work orders and contractor assessments for your entire flange ecosystem in real time, directly from a centralized dashboard. Workpacks link to other key modules within the Flexlogics system to allow for easy visibility to historical maintenance activities as well as work in progress.

Workpacks can contain orders for work on a single flanged connection or many, and will be linked to all the connections each order applies to. Workflow steps assigned by the Workpacks module include taking equipment offline, breaking connections, replacing gaskets, reassembling connections, pressure testing, and signing off. The module packages and electronically distributes work orders to everyone who has responsibility for completing or managing maintenance tasks. Workflow templates can be generated and shared to minimize effort required to create new orders.
Monitor Progress & Manage Historical Data.
The Workpacks module features a convenient dashboard that provides real-time visibility to important statistics related to completed work as well as work orders in progress. Information available through the dashboard includes total flange count, total Workpacks filtered by status, and reports on historical work.
